At Phlebotomy Geek Vocational Training, all tuition, fees, and financial obligations must be paid in full before a student is eligible to receive the following:

- Certificate of Completion (Diploma)
- Official or unofficial transcript
- Authorization to sit for the National Certification Exam
- Job placement assistance or resume services

Hold Status:
If a student has an unpaid balance:
- A financial hold will be placed on their account.
- No academic or administrative documents will be released.
- The student will not be eligible for graduation recognition, clinical placement, or exam registration.

 

 

To Remove the Hold:
To release the hold and access graduation-related documents and services, the student must:
 

1. Pay the outstanding balance in full via accepted payment methods (credit/debit, cashier’s check, or online portal).
2. Contact the Program Director to verify payment has been received.
3. Allow up to 3 business days for processing once payment is confirmed.

Optional Payment Arrangement:
In limited cases, a written payment plan may be approved at the discretion of the Program Director. A hold will remain until the payment arrangement is fulfilled in its entirety.
