Financial Hardship Withdrawal Policy and Form

Student Reinstatement Policy After Outstanding Balance is Paid

Phlebotomy Geek Vocational Training understands that financial challenges may arise. Students who were previously withdrawn or removed from the program due to non-payment may be eligible to return and complete their training once the outstanding balance is paid in full.

🔄 Eligibility for Reinstatement

A student may request to return to class after resolving their account if the following conditions are met:

  1. Full payment of all past-due tuition and fees prior to reinstatement.

  2. Submission of a Reinstatement Request Form to the Program Director.

  3. Reinstatement must occur within one year from the original enrollment date.

  4. The student must meet all current program requirements, including available space in class.

📌 Important Notes

  • Reinstatement is not automatic and is subject to approval by the Program Director.

  • If a student returns to a new cohort, they are required to restart the course from the beginning unless written exception is granted.

  • Additional administrative or re-registration fees may apply.

📝 To Re-Enroll

Students must:

  • Submit proof of full payment (receipt or verification)

  • Complete and sign a new enrollment agreement
